Gezana provides VoIP call termination services, enabling users to make international calls to Eritrea using internet connectivity. Our service is provided "as-is" without warranties.

CRITICAL: Gezana does NOT connect to emergency services (911, 112, etc.). For emergencies, always use a traditional telephone or contact local emergency services directly.

Rates, plans, and pricing are posted on our website and in-app. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' written notice. Usage is charged based on rates in effect at the time of the call.

We are NOT liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, even if advised of possibility.

We are not responsible for actions, content, or services of third-party carriers, payment processors, or networks used to deliver calls.

8.1 Service Availability

While we strive for 99.5% uptime, we do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free service. Maintenance windows and network issues may cause temporary outages.

8.2 Call Quality

Call quality depends on your internet connection and network conditions. We cannot guarantee crystal-clear audio or consistent performance.

8.3 Regulatory Compliance

Users are responsible for understanding and complying with all telecommunications laws in their jurisdiction, including call recording consent requirements.

Our use of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Gezana, you consent to our privacy practices.
